2. About LionLamb Music Festival

LionLamb Music Festival is a free, faith-based music and worship event organized by LionLamb Media Inc. The festival is designed to bring together the Christian community through music, creative arts, and fellowship. All information about the event, including dates, location, artists, and activities, is subject to change.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Site, submit information, or attend the festival.

Tax Deductibility

LionLamb Media Inc. is a nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. You will receive a donation receipt via email for your records. Please consult with a tax professional regarding the deductibility of your contribution.

Use of Funds

Donations support the production and operation of LionLamb Music Festival, including but not limited to venue costs, artist fees, equipment, marketing, and administrative expenses. We reserve the right to use donated funds where they are most needed to fulfill our mission.

Payment Processing

Donations are processed through Squarespace's secure payment system. We do not store your complete payment information. By making a donation, you agree to Squarespace's terms and policies.

6. Volunteer, Vendor, and Artist Applications

Application Submission

By submitting an application to volunteer, become a vendor, or perform as an artist, you:

  • Affirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful

  • Understand that submission does not guarantee acceptance

  • Grant us the right to contact you regarding your application

  • Agree to provide additional information or documentation if requested

Selection and Acceptance

We reserve the sole discretion to accept or reject any application for any reason. Acceptance as a volunteer, vendor, or artist may be subject to additional agreements, background checks, or requirements.

Volunteer Services

Volunteers serve at their own risk. We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses incurred while volunteering. Volunteers must follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by festival organizers.

Vendor Requirements

Accepted vendors must comply with all applicable laws, obtain necessary permits and licenses, maintain appropriate insurance, and follow festival guidelines. Vendor agreements may include additional terms and conditions.

7. Event Attendance and Liability

Assumption of Risk

Attendance at LionLamb Music Festival is voluntary and at your own risk. By attending the festival, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with outdoor events, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions (heat, rain, storms)

  • Crowd-related incidents

  • Trip and fall hazards

  • Noise levels

  • Food allergies or sensitivities

  • Medical emergencies

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless LionLamb Media Inc., its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and partners from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from your attendance at or participation in the festival.

Medical Emergencies

We are not responsible for providing medical care. In the event of a medical emergency, we may contact emergency services on your behalf. You are responsible for any costs associated with medical treatment.

Photography and Recording

By attending the festival, you consent to being photographed, videotaped, or recorded. These materials may be used by LionLamb Media Inc. for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify event staff.

Code of Conduct

All attendees, volunteers, vendors, and participants are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with Christian values. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the festival who engages in disruptive, threatening, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.

Event Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify the festival schedule, relocate the event, or cancel the festival due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any costs, damages, or losses resulting from event changes or cancellations.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of LionLamb Media Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue in these courts.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will do the same.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
